Common questions

What size car fits the Infinity Garage?

The internal chamber is 120 × 75 × 65 mm and fits one 1:64 car up to 100 mm long, including cars with a tall wing. Compare the car to the internal chamber, never the outer box. A 1:43 car will not fit.

Will the LED fade or yellow my car?

No. The Infinity Garage LED is UV-free certified. UV is what permanently yellows white plastic and fades printed tampos, so a UV-free light is the spec that protects the model long-term. The LED is 4000K at 90+ CRI, which renders white paint as white and silver as silver rather than shifting them warm.

How does the Infinity Garage turn on?

Press the button next to the USB-C port once. After that, a motion sensor lights it when you walk up and switches it off after about 20 seconds.

How is it powered?

A 650 mAh built-in battery, recharged over USB-C at 5V. It runs about two weeks per charge at roughly ten triggers a day, so it does not need to stay plugged in and no cable crosses the wall. Fast chargers will not charge it, by design — use the included cable.

Can I hang my keys on it?

Yes. The wall plate has a key hook below the case. It goes up with the included 3M pad on smooth walls, or two screws and anchors on uneven or painted walls (the stronger option).

What fog fluid does the WindChaser use, and is it safe around my cars?

Only KP Design WindChaser fog fluid. It is pH 7.0 neutral so it will not react with paint, decals or chrome, leaves zero residue, and uses FDA GRAS-rated ingredients: USP pharma-grade propylene glycol, food-grade vegetable glycerin and lab-purified distilled water.

Do not substitute mineral oil or e-cigarette liquids — they will damage the heating element. Use in well-ventilated rooms. Not for direct inhalation.

What size car fits the WindChaser?

The test chamber is 134 × 54 × 33 mm and fits any 1:64 car under 75 mm long — Hot Wheels (basic and premium), Mini GT, Tarmac Works, Greenlight, M2, Matchbox and most 1:64 JDM. Long-bed pickups, oversized SUVs and 1:43 / 1:24 / 1:18 scale do not fit.

How long can the WindChaser run continuously?

Thirty minutes maximum. Rated 14+, indoor use only, keep dry. Running the fogger with a dry wick is what damages the heating element, so keep the tank filled to 9 ml.

  • Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (pre-order products excepted).
  • Delivery: estimated 4–12 business days, depending on country and local carrier.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once the package ships.
  • Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and refunds

  • 30-day return window from the date the item is received.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Email support@keypitdesign.com to start a return. If accepted, a return shipping label is provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • European Union: a 14-day cooling-off period applies, for any reason and without justification.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Inspect the order on arrival and contact support@keypitdesign.com immediately if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

Warranty

1-Year Warranty Protection is available as an optional add-on at checkout, covering defects and malfunctions for 12 months. Route Shipping Protection is separately available and covers lost, stolen or damaged packages.
